Informatica Technical Specialists In the project take end to end ownership of the project and you will do this by:
· Analyzing the data migration method from legacy application data format to distributed database formats and recommendations for processing.
· Analyzing the method of transforming existing data into a format for the new environment and the loading of this data into other database structures
· Developing, implementing, and optimizing stored procedures and functions using SQL
· Reviewing and recommending for improving the performance of the migration process
· Making necessary changes and supporting documentation
8 -12 Years of total relevant experience
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. Promoting process improvement and innovation
Hands-on programming experience in implementing production-grade Golang or C++ applications. Should also have some experience with Angular/Grafana or other similar technologies
Should have an excellent understanding of software architecture for production-grade applications
Working knowledge of handling large datasets & NoSQL databases in addition to traditional Relational Databases
Good Experience on Google Cloud Platform
Experience in CICD and Automation
Strong analytical skills, ability to use metrics to drive proactive and continuous improvements
Excellent English is written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Experience in handling offshore IT teams and working closely with the customer
Have a commitment to learning about anything you don’t know on your own and without much supervision.
Have self-motivation as well as the ability and desire to learn new technologies, applications, processes, and environments.
Mandatory skills: Oracle DBA, Microsoft DBA, and MySQL database SUPPORT experience.
Additional skills: Application Supports (Web Space).
Mapping out and documenting data relationships
Creating and managing backup, restore, and user access policies
Enforcing standards, processes, and SLAs
Leading database change management processes and supporting CI/CD processes from a database perspective
Performance tuning of databases and SQL queries
Automating processes and creating a maintenance plan for multiple database environments
Performing proactive database administration
Occasional on-call duties
Coordinate with customers to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables, etc.
Manage effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage project activities to meet business goals.
Track and monitor project execution to ensure that the customer requirements are met.
Identify and manage resource requirements, required skill sets, training plans, quality reviews, documentation, and weekly meetings as are necessary for project execution
Develop process improvements to meet customer needs.
Improve customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
Validate project plan and schedule to incorporate any changes requested by customers.
Coordinate calls, meetings, and communications between customers and the project team throughout the project implementation phase.
Inform project status, schedule, and critical issues to customers and management on regular basis.
Perform negotiations on project activities with customers when required.
Maintain and update a database of project-related documents.
Inform management on customer needs and business opportunities.
Make adjustments to the billing rates and estimations according to the company’s policy.
